David Johnson

David Johnson is an entrepreneur, executive leader, speaker, and teacher with more than three decades of experience building teams, leading organizational change, and developing leaders across corporate America and privately owned businesses.

Today, David is the owner of Citywide Plumbing and Covenant Pest Services, serving customers throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. Throughout his career, he has led organizations through rapid growth, cultural transformation, acquisitions, and challenging economic seasons, earning a reputation for practical leadership rooted in integrity, accountability, and service.

A passionate follower of Christ, David believes that leadership is ultimately stewardship, an opportunity to influence people in ways that help them grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. He regularly teaches leadership principles to business owners, executives, church leaders, and men's groups, drawing from both Scripture and real-world experience.

David is also the co-host of The Bonafide Man Podcast, where he and his guests challenge men to pursue authentic biblical manhood, courageous leadership, and lives of purpose.

He and his wife, Tammy, live in the Atlanta area and are the proud parents of three children. Together they remain committed to building businesses that honor God, investing in the next generation of leaders, and helping others discover that leadership is not merely about achieving success—it is about leaving a lasting legacy.
