Sofia Derin is a survivor, mother, and writer who approaches life with unflinching honesty about the realities of coercive control, cultural conditioning, and personal rebirth. Her debut memoir, Trial by Trust, draws from her lived experience navigating trauma, resilience, and the fight for justice within the Australian family law system while searching for love.

Her latest work, Neuro-Ethical Realism - When Biology Becomes Morality, expands her journey beyond survival into philosophy. In it, Sofia explores how morality, healing, and conscience are not learned behaviours but biological truths, the body’s way of remembering coherence after chaos.

Sofia has studied widely, including criminology, always chasing knowledge as a path to empowerment. She’s passionate about V8 supercars, adores animals, and feels most at home under the open sky. Whether through boxing gloves or quiet walks, she makes time to stay healthy - body, mind, and soul.

When she’s not writing or exploring new ideas, Sofia focuses on living the life she fought to create - one rooted in peace, authenticity, and connection. Alongside Stallion and their growing family, she embodies the message that love, when built on truth, doesn’t just survive; it transforms.
