Pamela De Rosa

Pamela De Rosa was born in Milan. She is very active in social work and volunteering, particularly concerning "invisible disabilities," for which she received the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic (Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana).

She is a national board member of APMARR (national Association of People with Rheumatic and Rare Diseases) and a volunteer for the Luca Coscioni Association. She advocates for awareness on invisible disabilities, promoting the "Sunflower lanyard" in Italy, which helps identify individuals with conditions not immediately visible, such as multiple sclerosis or certain rheumatic diseases.

In 2022, she was awarded the title of Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana for her social and volunteer work, especially during the pandemic.

She also wrote a book titled "Suoni nella brezza" (Sounds in the Breeze), a collection of poems she wrote starting from the age of 15.

Beyond her associative commitments, she supports rheumatic patients and, with APMARR, organizes events and fundraising. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, and animals.
