Jeff Hancher

JEFF HANCHER is a leadership expert, executive

coach, and keynote speaker dedicated to helping

individuals and organizations reach their fullest

potential. Growing up in southwestern Pennsyl-

vania, Jeff faced significant challenges as the son

of parents medically unable to work. Those hard-

ships instilled in him a deep drive to create a better

life for his family and inspire others to do the same.

After serving in the United States Army,

Jeff began his corporate journey as a blue-

collar worker and, over twenty-three years, rose

through ten promotions to advanced leader-

ship roles in a Fortune 500 company. Along the

way, he discovered his passion for developing

others, combining strategic insight, coaching,

and hard work to empower those around him.

Today, Jeff focuses on leadership develop-

ment through executive coaching, training, and

keynote speaking. He also hosts the award-

winning Champion Forum podcast. His mission is

to equip leaders and teams to grow, thrive, and

leave a lasting legacy.
