Vicki Lawrence

Vicki Lawrence is happy to be the Co-Author of her first book: Vacation Kitten. For over two decades she has been inspired to write a children’s book that is both inviting and educational. Vicki has more than 20 years teaching experience with an expertise in early childhood education. Currently, Vicki is the Executive Director and Lead Teacher for the Swim4Elise Foundation. Part of her work, at this non- profit organization, involves sharing the message of water safety to thousands of kids in the DFW metroplex. She is always passionate about making a difference in her students’ lives.

Originally a Native Texan, Vicki now enjoys the sunny skies of Baja Mexico with her husband and furry friends at her home there! Vicki is a dedicated volunteer of Perros Santos, a local spay/neuter program in her community. She also fosters cats and dogs, while they wait for their PURRfect forever home.
