Barbara Salopek is an innovation strategist, founder of Vinco Innovation, and adjunct lecturer at BI Norwegian Business School. With over two decades of experience, she helps organizations turn ideas into real-world impact through innovation strategies, culture-building, and hands-on leadership of transformative projects.

Passionate about making innovation more human and less abstract, she works with leaders and teams to build cultures that are creative, inclusive, and capable of navigating change. Her work combines deep insight with a touch of rebellious energy: encouraging others to question assumptions, embrace diverse perspectives, and take bold steps toward the future.
