Mervin W. Tapsfield

Serving the West Valley Search and Rescue Team for twenty-four years and providing leadership as the team's first commander, Mervin Tapsfield will not only provide insight into the workings of a mountain rescue team but also offer a section on wilderness safety and a section on equating rescue vernacular with spiritual concepts.
