James Ojjeh

Dr. James Ojjeh is a healthcare provider, author, certified Reiki Master for both humans and animals, energy healer, artist, and lifelong student of the human spirit.

His path to writing did not begin in a classroom or a publishing house. It began during what many traditions call the dark night of the soul — a season of profound inner reckoning in which everything familiar fell away and the only direction left was inward. Instead of shutting down, James opened. Instead of hardening, he went deeper. He sought answers not only in medicine and science, but in the unseen dimensions of consciousness, energy, and the human soul. What he found in that darkness was not despair. It was the beginning of everything he was meant to create.

With over twenty years in healthcare, James understands the biology of the nervous system, the chemistry of emotion, and the measurable mechanisms through which thoughts, beliefs, and emotional states influence physical health. This clinical foundation gives his work its credibility and rigor. His personal journey of healing gives it its soul.

He is the author of eight books. His non-fiction works — The Secret of Happiness, The Relationship Mirror, You Were Never Broken, Forgiveness Is Freedom, Women and Men Are from Different Universes, and Who Is God? From Believing to Knowing, along with its companion volume of devotional poetry, A Poem to God — bridge neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, and lived human experience into a unified exploration of what it means to be fully alive. His debut novel, The Echo Beneath Her Skin: A Novel of Love Across Lifetimes, carries those same questions into story — because some truths are too large for lectures, and can only be carried by love.

He is the founder of The Divine Frequency, the publishing imprint and digital platform under which his books, teachings, and creative works are released.

James volunteers with animal rescue organizations, where he discovered an intuitive gift for connecting with animals on an energetic level — offering Reiki and compassionate presence to those in need of healing. He is a devoted oil painter with over sixty canvases to his name and practices martial arts as a form of embodied meditation.

He lives with a quiet conviction that every living being, every atom, every expression of creation carries within it the same infinite intelligence that assembled the stars. All is one, and one is all. His work exists to help others remember the wholeness, the happiness, and the power they have always carried within.
