James Hallenbeck

Dr, Hallenbeck is a physician and associate professor emeritus at Standford University in Palo Alto, California. He is the author of two editions of Palliative Care Perspectives, and an award-winning pioneer in the emerging field of palliative care. He has been recognized for his ability to explain difficult medical concepts clearly. He has recently branched out and is writing fiction. His first novel, Operation Reboot, a time travel sci fi work, reflects his interest in history and multiculturalism.
