Heiko Knödel

Heiko Knödel (Mr. KI) understands progress. As early as the 1990s, the computer scientist digitized processes when others were still stacking paper. Today, he runs a consulting and seminar company where he combines artificial intelligence, leadership and mindset – a symbiosis of technology and human growth.

He has worked for giants such as Deutsche Bank, Porsche, BMW and Merck in responsible management and project positions.

His topics: artificial intelligence, digitalization, change and innovation management, process optimization, leadership and mindset. He passes on his knowledge and experience as a mentor, coach, seminar leader and speaker – clear, practical, inspiring.

As an author, he sets impulses. His book "Kita 4.0 - einfach digital" became an Amazon bestseller in 2023 during the Frankfurt Book Fair in 1st place in the categories consulting, business and administration. His new book "AI and Bots in Everyday Life" will be published by Springer Verlag in summer 2025 as a highlight. In 10 chapters on 298 pages, the author conveys the basics of AI, explains the differences between the major language models (LLMs), shows numerous use cases in everyday professional life, explains how AI can be successfully integrated into school lessons, explains AI decision-making processes, takes a look into the future with opportunities, dangers, trends and ethics of AI – and his former professor Dr. Dietmar Seipel adds a chapter on knowledge-based systems and Logic programming.

Knödel is not a theorist. He thinks, shapes, changes. With empathy, intercultural competence and the ability to inspire people. Those who experience it go home smarter and more motivated.
