A degree in Business Administration at the University of Pisa, MBA in International Management at the University of Brighton, Telesales Manager for IBM Dublin, then in Computer Gross from Credit Manager, director of ITF Information Technology Finance team and Value Business Manager on all IBM business, Hardware, software and services.

Determined and gritty, she became first CEO with responsibility for Sales and Product Management (2014), and then CEO of Var Group Spa (2021), not just a company, but a transformation engine for the future of business with presence in 13 countries and an aspiration to be not “the best company in the world” but “the best company for the world,” guiding businesses through digital evolution with innovative and tailored solutions; the heart of Sesa's Software and System Integration (SSI), an Italian leader in technological innovation, Var Group develops advanced models that enhance digital excellence, accelerate competitiveness and open up new opportunities for growth, in Italy and around the world.
