Chuck Scott

Chuck and his wife, Julie, have been married for 39 years and live in Nashville, Tennessee. They are the proud parents of three adult children and grandparents to two.

A former All-American and SEC Legend at Vanderbilt University, Chuck was selected in the second round of the NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams.

For the past 35 years, Chuck has served with Young Life, an international ministry reaching teenagers with the love and message of Jesus Christ. As Director of Development Initiatives, he has led several major projects, including the development of Carolina Point—a Young Life camp designed to serve every kid, with a special emphasis on accessibility for youth with disabilities. He also founded the Outdoor Advisory Team to support Tudor Farms, a 6,500-acre sportsman’s retreat on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay.

In recent years, Chuck has turned his attention to the growing crisis among young men and is actively developing an initiative to help re-engage them in Christian community, church life, and leadership.

For the past eight years, Chuck has been deeply immersed in the Lord’s Prayer—a journey that has profoundly shaped his spiritual life. He now shares what he’s learned, offering hope and encouragement to those seeking a deeper, more authentic relationship with God.
