Jensen Dee Parker Chappell is a writer, software engineer, and DEI leader based in Texas. As a transgender woman, she blends lived experience with her passion for empathy, inclusion, and honest connection. Her debut book, Finding Jensen, invites readers to better understand the transgender experience through personal storytelling, cultural insights, and practical guidance. Outside of writing, Jensen leads inclusion initiatives in tech, speaks about belonging in the workplace, and enjoys life with her wife and two daughters. She believes empathy is a skill we can all grow—and storytelling is one of our best tools to do it.
