Frank Danesy

Dr. Frank Danesy is a strategist and intelligence expert with a background in senior space-sector roles and defense consulting. At the European Space Agency, he led high-level initiatives in talent acquisition and strategy, including Europe’s astronaut selection campaign.

He holds master’s degrees in business, aerospace science, and strategic intelligence, and doctorates in business economics (Dr. rer. pol.) and criminal justice (PhD). His work focuses on insider threats, hybrid influence, and leadership in high-risk environments.

Dr. Danesy lectures at the Universities of Mannheim and Malta and supervises research in strategy and organizational resilience. He is the founder of Intelsource, a consulting firm advising government and corporate clients on strategy, intelligence, HRM, and conflict mitigation.
