Christian Petroni is a first generation American Italian from The Bronx NY. Christians culinary view of the world is fueled by the red sauce joints of NYC to the the island cooking of his parents birthplace ISOLA DI PONZA were he spent his summers eating authentic Ponzese cuisine when living with his Nonna, Nonno, Zia Gisela & of course Uncle Louie. It’s truly his honor to be able to tell stories about food & his memories tied to them that made him the person he is today.
