E. F. Kenniston

E.F. Kenniston is a professionally represented and multi-published model (specializing in bridal), a freelance journalist and content writer, and a professional public speaker and emcee. A passionate supporter of small businesses, she is the Creator, Host, and Producer of "Small Business Spotlight" on BCTV. Additionally, she is a trained operatic soprano, and a “professional princess”—she has enjoyed performing in character at hospitals, schools, and children’s parties with her volunteer group, The Pennsylvania Princess Project, since 2014.

Emily currently holds the title of International Mrs. East Coast, and is the former Mrs. Pennsylvania Continental Worldwide and Mrs. Ireland Continental Worldwide, where she placed Top Five in the Mrs. Division (2023), and was First Runner Up in 2024.

As both a Postpartum Depression and Anxiety survivor and as a pageant titleholder, Emily is dedicated to the support of maternal mental health, as well as to raising awareness and accessible educational resources for those who suffer from Tokophobia, a debilitating fear of pregnancy and childbirth, through her platform “Let’s Talk about Tokophobia: Maternal Mental Health Matters.”

She was lucky enough to marry her college sweetheart, Dillon, and together they reside in Pennsylvania with their beloved daughter, Brielle, and beloved Golden Border, Teddy.
