Through a trauma-informed lens, she blends nervous system education, embodied healing practices, and practical mindfulness tools to help people regulate emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.
Layne is the founder of Life Balance and creator of the Breathe, Move, Heal approach. She is also the co-author of The Perfectly Imperfect Family and Raising Teens Who Talk to You. Her work focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and family connection.
