Samuel Rolo

Samuel Rolo was born in Lisbon in 1987 and developed an early natural curiosity about people, stories, and human behavior. Even before entering university, he had diverse professional experiences, working in restaurants, toll booths, and supermarkets, which shaped his view on work, resilience, and the value of empathy.

He holds a degree in Human Resources Management from ISCTE and began his career in consulting, where he advanced professionally to the position of Senior Manager. He is currently a Senior Professional in HR Transformation, working with organizations to build more human, efficient, and adaptable management models for change.

Samuel is the Manager of the People Management Commission for the Social Sector at APG – Portuguese Association for People Management, where he seeks to connect good management practices with social impact. He is also the founder of Share2Inspire, a digital community born from the desire to inspire, share knowledge, and humanize the way we communicate and lead. Through accessible and practical content, the platform promotes conversations about leadership, personal development, and change management, focusing on empathy and purpose.

Outside of his professional life, he values simple and authentic moments. Growing up in a challenging environment early on awakened a special sensitivity to emotions, empathy, and the importance of human relationships. Naturally curious, he is passionate about travel, real stories, and meaningful conversations. He shares his life with his dog Borges, from whom he has learned that affection, presence, and patience can transform. For him, writing is a way of connecting and healing – both with others and with himself.
