Stephen Douglas

Stephen Douglas is an inspiring children’s book author, passionate educator, and proud native of South-Central Pennsylvania. Raised in a modest family of six, Stephen developed a deep appreciation for early childhood development, literacy, and creativity from a young age.

Before becoming a published author, Stephen explored careers in various industries, but his heart remained in storytelling and helping children grow emotionally and socially. His writing reflects a deep understanding of the challenges young readers face and offers gentle, powerful lessons in self-confidence, kindness, and emotional intelligence.

With his debut picture book The Tree In Me, Stephen launches the Marci Learning Books series, uplifting, empowering stories for kids that promote positive behavior, empathy, and personal growth.

Today, Stephen continues to write meaningful books for children from his home in Pennsylvania, where he enjoys nature walks and dreaming up new adventures for Marci and her friends.
