I worked with some of the most well known rock bands of the 80's & 90's during my career in music publicity & promotion.

Settling down to the rural bush life of Canoelands in North Western Sydney, Australia.

I enjoy organic gardening, keeping fit, yoga, cooking, Vedic meditation, the mystical world & travelling to my favourite destinations of Thailand & India. This is my first book inspired by reading to my grandson.

With my little family of 4 adopted rescue dogs & a rescue pussycat I know how love can turn their lives around.

I advocate for rescue animals & promote Adopt Don't Shop.
