William McManus is a healthcare executive and leadership consultant with more than 30 years of leadership experience in home and community-based care. His work focuses on helping leaders strengthen accountability, improve decision-making, and build organizations that consistently execute results.
William holds a Master of Business Administration and professional certifications in strategy, marketing, and process improvement. His coaching approach combines leadership research with practical, real-world experience helping leaders improve communication, team engagement, and organizational performance.
In addition to his coaching work, William currently serves as Vice President of Strategy, Operations, and Optimization at UPMC, where he leads initiatives focused on strategic growth and operational excellence. His leadership experience includes developing teams, driving engagement, and implementing initiatives that improve both organizational effectiveness and results.
William is the author of several leadership books, including The Accountability Code, Be the Answer, and Just Say No, and the personal development book Echo of the Bike Man.
