Victoria Clarckson is the pen name of twin sisters Susana and MCarmen Sanz. With extensive experience in both the media and education sectors, they have successfully connected with readers through emotionally engaging stories and topics of contemporary relevance.
Their literary journey together began in 2014 with the blog @trucosdemamas, a leading platform in motherhood and parenting that was awarded the Communication Prize by the Puleva Institute. That same year, they made their debut in children's literature with Patatita is Turning One, already demonstrating their ability to write across different genres and for diverse audiences.
In 2024, Victoria Clarckson entered the contemporary romance scene with Atrapados en la nube (Trapped in the Cloud, Terra Ignota Editorial), a fresh and modern story, and surprised readers with El estrés de la teta (The Stress of Breastfeeding, Con M de Mujer), a surrealist female-centered narrative.
Their creative curiosity also led them into short fiction with Amor entrelazado (Intertwined Love, Las Quince Letras Editorial), selected for presentation at the ELO2025 Electronic Literature Conference in Toronto, Canada.
In April 2025, they published Atrapados en Manhattan (Trapped in Manhattan), the sequel to their successful romantic novel, further establishing their distinctive voice within the genre.
Susana and MCarmen Sanz are also passionate community builders. They share their projects and daily lives on Instagram through @descubriendocarabanchel, @victoriaclarckson, @trucosdemamasblog, and @mujeressinglamour. Their participation in the Adapta Lab Scriptwriting Laboratory, organized by Culturia and AdaptaMarket, also reflects their interest in expanding their stories into new narrative and audiovisual formats.
Victoria Clarckson has become synonymous with stories that combine emotional depth, contemporary sensitivity, and strong brand potential.
