E. G. "Jay" Link is a seasoned expert in biblical stewardship and wealth management, with decades of experience serving affluent Christian families. He began his professional journey as an ordained minister, earning both a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry and a Master of Divinity degree in Biblical Theology. Over time, Jay transitioned from ministry into business, where he successfully built a stewardship planning practice serving Christian families.

For over 35 years, Jay worked as a stewardship planner, guiding families to align their financial and estate plans with God’s principles. His work revolutionized how wealth transfer planning was done for Christian families, with a special focus on using wealth for Kingdom purposes. As a sought-after mentor and educator, Jay trained hundreds of financial advisors to adopt his stewardship planning model, helping them deliver life-changing results to their clients.

In 2014, Jay retired from his personal practice and launched Transformational Stewardship, a nonprofit ministry dedicated to equipping Christian ministries and affluent families with resources for effective stewardship. He also created the Stewardship Resource Library, a comprehensive collection of articles, videos, and Bible studies aimed at teaching Christians how to live a life of stewardship in every area of life.
