I am Eduardo de Almeida Pereira, and I have built my professional career in the pizza industry, with more than three decades of hands-on experience, since 1996. I started working in the business at a young age and, over the years, gained practical experience in production, operations, team management, cost control, pricing, sales, menu development, financial management, and overall business administration.
I have experienced both the growth and the challenges of running a pizzeria. That journey taught me an important lesson: high sales alone do not make a successful business. Sustainable profitability requires organization, financial control, sound management, and decisions based on real numbers.
Today, I turn that experience into books, methods, spreadsheets, courses, and practical resources designed for people who want to build, organize, or improve a professionally managed pizzeria.
As an author, I try to write the same way I learned throughout my career: without unnecessary complexity, with practical application, and with a strong focus on what actually works in day-to-day operations.
My goal is to share knowledge that can help other professionals avoid costly mistakes, better understand their businesses, and make more confident decisions.
