As a child, Ella found magic in the dark. When insomnia kept her from sleep, storytelling and imagination passed the time. After moving across the country multiple times and battling the isolation of chronic illness, Ella has always loved stories of found family and motley crews. She strives to put the magic her younger self discovered into the stories she writes to remind her readers there is more to the world than what they see and suffering leads to victory. Ella is a certified nerd, loves crafting (of any kind), movie soundtracks, and watching far too many behind-the-scenes compilations from her favorite movies.
