Dr Robert J Walker

A veteran mediator and consultant, Dr. Robert Walker Jr. brings over 30 years of experience from his time at UPS. He launched Walker Mediation & Consulting in 2019, focusing on conflict resolution and organizational change, after his retirement. Robert holds a DBA from National University and is a Florida Supreme Court-certified mediator. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Albany State University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Robert’s community involvement extends beyond his career; he volunteers with groups such as the Urban League and the American Red Cross and mentors through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He loves to travel and be with his wife, Irina, and daughters, Sydney and Olivia.
