Jennifer C. Williams, LCPC, PMH-C, is a licensed therapist, author, and mom of two boys.
For more than 20 years, she has helped families talk about the hard things. Her work centers on couples, parents, high-achievers, and the invisible balance of raising a family and maintaining a career, while staying whole yourself.
She founded Pass Go! Therapy and Coaching, where she created The Pass Go Regulation Method: Regulate, Repair, Reconnect. She is also the founder of SONshines and Playtime, a family lifestyle and child mental health brand. She is a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in Maryland, and a Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business alumna.
Jennifer writes the way she works. Honest, warm, engaging, and informative.
Her children's book, If My Depression Had a Name: An Illustrated Poem, gives young readers the words for feelings too big to explain.
She lives in Maryland with her husband and their two sons.
