Jeffrey S. Ball

Jeffrey S. Ball has been following the subjects in this book for the past 30 years. Having recently retired, he took on this project as a combination of a labor of love and a civic duty to his children and grandchildren. You will see the critical thinking exercise; it became very important to ask the right questions, perform the research, and formulate and test hypotheses, commentary, and rationale. For something as complex as the federal government, he dug into understanding the who, the what, the how, and the why of important key players and issues.

Mr. Ball dedicated his business career to understanding customers, researching, business development, new products, strategic brand plans, white papers, blogs, social media, advertising, trade shows, and analytics. He received a B.S. in chemical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from The Daniels School of Business at Purdue University.
