Ian James Etheridge

The Author was born in 1944 in Stourport, Worcestershire, England. He is married with two sons and two grandchildren. A Food Scientist by training and practice, he was awarded his Doctorate in 1975 following carbohydrate research at the National College of Food Technology, University of Reading. A leader in the Church since 1962, he worked with Ken Burnett of Prayer for Israel (1980 to 2008). He and his wife Pat worked with the Jewish Community in Birmingham, England, especially at Hanukkah (December), concerned for Russian Refuseniks imprisoned in Siberia. He met with Holocaust survivors in Birmingham, Poland, and Israel.
