Chanel Williams is a lupus survivor, mother, and passionate mental wellness advocate whose life journey embodies resilience, purpose, and generational healing.
Born and raised in Compton, California, Chanel was lovingly raised by her late grandmother after her mother’s struggle with drug addiction. That early experience shaped her deep understanding of the human spirit and ignited her calling to help others navigate their own healing journeys.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Central State University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her work blends both lived experience and academic insight, allowing her to speak to the emotional and mental complexity of survival, motherhood, and personal transformation.
Through her writing, speaking, and community work, Chanel empowers others to rise through pain, reclaim their voice, and embrace their own “new growth.”
