Anja Schaer

Anja Schaer is a Real Estate Investor, Short-Term Rental Coach, and the Broker and Co-Founder of PeachHaus Group, a boutique property management company specializing in furnished rentals, short-term rentals (STR), and mid-term rentals (MTR) as well as LTR's in the Atlanta market.

Through PeachHaus Group, Anja helps homeowners and real estate investors maximize rental income by applying the right rental strategy, whether short-term, mid-term, or hybrid furnished rentals designed for traveling professionals, relocation clients, and insurance housing placements.

Originally from East Germany, Anja moved to the United States with big dreams and no real estate experience. She began her investing journey with fix-and-flips before discovering her passion for hospitality and the business potential of short-term rentals and furnished rental properties.

Over the past eight years, Anja has renovated, designed, and managed a growing portfolio of furnished rental homes across the Atlanta area, serving both vacation guests and mid-term housing demand.

Anja is the author of The Hybrid Rental Strategy Blueprint and a contributing author in Hospitable Hosts: The STR Sisterhood Edition. Today she helps hosts and investors build profitable rental businesses through her coaching and real estate expertise.
