Bowe Balhoff (pronounced "Bo") is a former U.S. Navy helicopter pilot and Naval Officer turned storyteller. Originally from Arkansas, she now lives among the evergreens of Washington state. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a master’s in Sustainable International Development from Northeastern, Bowe’s worldview has been shaped by global deployments and a fierce commitment to human rights. A lifelong artist, she paints murals, woodburns, and illustrates children’s books—but storytelling has always been her first love.
