Phap Xa

Brother Pháp Xả (brother Equanimity) was ordained by Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh in February 2003 and became a Dharma Teacher in the Plum Village tradition in the year 2010. Since 2011 he has been leading hiking retreats in the European Institute of Applied Buddhism in Germany and has also lead backpacking retreats in the US and Nepal. He sees that more mindful time outdoors hking and being in touch with nature greatly contribute to the healing and transformation of the participants. He is a Dutch monk.
