INDIE BOLLMAN is a respected leader in the corporate organizational development and human resources space, with more than 30 years’ experience in leadership and executive roles. Her corporate experience has centered around companies in start-up or ramp-up modes, where she focused on building and developing teams and leaders, as well as addressing culture issues and transformations.

Always focused on current and innovative solutions, she is currently the owner of Indie Bollman Coaching and Consulting LLC, sharing her experience and passion for helping teams and businesses grow through public speaking, executive and leadership coaching, and training. In addition, she continues to work on books focused on leadership and improving organizational culture, and she has authored numerous articles, some featured on LinkedIn and others for the Society of Human Resources Management.

Indie was honored as one of the Pros to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive in 2023 for her contributions to organizational development in the transportation and logistics industry. She was also honored as a Woman of Influence in 2020 by the Jacksonville Business Journal.

A Florida native, Indie is an avid traveler who is forever curious about the world. Between travels, she enjoys coming home to her beloved sunshine state, where she resides with her family — including two cats, two dogs, and two Jeeps (can’t forget those).
