Ian (Haim) Pear is a Rabbi, Legal Scholar, Special Envoy for the City of Jerusalem and an aspirational Olive Farmer. He holds degrees in International Relations from Georgetown University's School for Foreign Service, Law from NYU (JD) and Hebrew University (LLM), and Rabbinic Ordination from Yeshiva University.
