Branton Kenton-Dau

Branton has a lifelong fascination with life’s big questions . At university he gained a first class honours degree in Religious Studies and Philosophy. One of his professors used to joke that one afternoon Branton knocked at his door. On opening the door he told Branton he would have to be quick because he was very busy. Branton replied “Oh yes, it won’t take long, it is just a proof for the existence of God”!

Branton lives in Christchurch New Zealand with his wife Lada. They have three grown up children and, to date, one grandson. In his career Branton used his interest in the power of human intention to improve Google search results. He has consulted for companies such as IBM and Nestlé. He is passionate about running up mountains and gardening. In 2022 with the help of Lada he cured himself of Type 1 diabetes. The experience led him to share his knowledge on the Troubles Away website.
