Cristiano Palazzini has been practicing Taoist techniques for as long as he can remember and has been teaching them for over 25 years, firmly believing that they are simple to learn, useful, and accessible to everyone.
Over the years, he has continued his studies with various teachers both in the West and the East. In China, he studied Nei Dan in Jilin Province and explored some healing Qigong techniques at a hospital in Beijing.
Although he does not come from a Buddhist background, he holds in high regard certain techniques that, as is well known, share several points in common with Taoist practice.
In the past fifteen years, thanks to continued studies in China with his latest Master and deepening his knowledge through personal practice, he has primarily focused on the practice of Inner Vision (neizhao), rooted in the most ancient Nei Dan tradition. This practice is aimed at achieving a quiet mind, stripped of the somewhat “new age” embellishments typical of many Western approaches.
After many years of practice, the teachings received from the Tao have deeply clarified for him some key concepts related to our existence and activity on the earthly plane. He has come to understand how certain specific techniques can help illuminate the ongoing dialogue we have with our Original Spirit—a fundamental dialogue for continuing on our path “here and now” and for living more fully.
