Sudhir Kadam

Sudhir Kadam is a venture transformation strategist working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, business strategy, and organizational design. Based in Silicon Valley, he advises startup founders and enterprise leaders on building intelligence-native businesses and redesigning operating models for an AI-driven world.

Over the past decade, Kadam has worked with early-stage and growth-stage companies across North America, Europe, and Asia, helping them strengthen business models, refine go-to-market strategies, and prepare for scale. His work focuses on identifying structural constraints within organizations and designing pathways to sustainable competitive advantage.

Kadam is also a visiting faculty member in entrepreneurship and innovation at UC Berkeley, SJSU, Bologna Business School, and various IITs in India, where he teaches frameworks for venture building, market creation, and strategic execution. He has conducted corporate innovation workshops for Ferrari, LG, and Mitsubishi.
