Veejay Madhavan is a business strategist with over 26 years of experience in people strategy, business transformation, and leadership development across Asia. As the founder of OulbyZ, he bridges the generational gap in workplaces and helps organizations leverage AI to build sustainable high-performing, multi-generational teams. His work extends to educational institutions, where he pioneers AI-driven simulation labs to bridge the skills gap between Gen Z and real-world corporate challenges. Currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Golden Gate University, his research focuses on the impact of Generative AI on workforce dynamics. His contributions to Gen Z learning and workforce innovation have earned him accolades, including The Visionaries Award 2024 and the Outstanding Leadership Award.
