Denis Dwyer

Denis Dwyer has written travel books, biographies, and novels. He lives in Palmerston North, New Zealand with wife Dale, a former registered nurse. They have three children and five grandchildren. Denis has an MA (Hons) in English and History, a Diploma of Teaching, and a Diploma of Journalism. He has worked in teaching, corporate communications, and journalism as a sub-editor and features writer. His interests are keeping up with family, writing, reading, research into history, following sport, and travel. Once, he jogged, tramped, and played tennis and golf. Now he walks daily.
