I'm now the author of two novels and have another that's a work in progress. What motivates me to write is quite simply my imagination. I've been writing informally ever since I was a child - stories have always fascinated me. Being able to devote more time to it in my fifties is an absolute pleasure. My ideas come from observation, current affairs, being a keen reader - all sorts of ways. But sometimes you find inspiration from an unexpected source, like an image or film. What underpins all my writing is human relationships. The conflict and balance between individuals can create great drama, emotion and entertainment. That's what I look to provide - a story that flows at pace and gives the reader a chance to escape from their usual daily routines into a world of fantasy. My novels are all differently themed, and that reflects the way my imagination works. I hope you find something to enjoy.

I'm British and lived most of life in the UK, but I now call southern Spain home. It's a whole new world of culture, climate and places, some of which you will find in my books.
