Nechamie Stefansky is a passionate children’s book author, certified yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator with over a decade of experience in education and wellness. A mother herself, Nechamie is deeply committed to making yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning accessible to children in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way.

With a background in yoga and Transformational Breath, she infuses her stories with gentle lessons of self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence. Nechamie’s books are inspired by her own experiences and the joy she finds in seeing children learn through movement, play, and creativity.

When she's not writing, Nechamie enjoys guiding yoga and breathwork sessions, exploring creative projects, and spending time with her family. Above all, she believes that every child deserves stories that uplift, empower, and spark a lifelong love of learning.
