Tammy Keller

Tammy Keller lives in Delaware where she spent 24 years as a preschool teacher reading and educating her students. After retiring in 2023, she began to envision turning her lifelong love for their various family Poodle-members (Marcie, Faline, Trixie and Peaches) to become the subjects of sweet little storybooks. With the loving support of her husband, Bruce, and grown children, Travis, Noel and Tara and their nine grandchildren, Tammy's dream of doing a children's book was brought to completion in 2025.

The first book in what will become a series, is entitled "Three Poodles Go to the Beach."

The creation of this work involved family participation in helping the illustrator (Eileen Slifer) create parts of the artwork, and there were many hands-on opportunities to get this (dream project) off the runway into full flight! It's always exciting to turn the page into new chapters of life...
