Michael Twinchek is a retired congressional staffer with a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades on Capitol Hill. He served for 28 years with the U.S. House of Representatives, where his roles included Clerk for numerous Committees including: Transportation and Infrastructure; Homeland Security; Natural Resources; Energy and Commerce; the Select Committee on Homeland Security; and the Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald J. Trump; and as Chief of Legislative Operations with the Office of the Clerk.
A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, his work is compiled in several multi-volume legal reference books, including the Compilation of Selected Surface Transportation Laws, Compilation of Selected Water Pollution, Waste Cleanup, and Water Resources Laws, and the Compilation of Homeland Security Related Laws.
