I didn't set out to write books.

I set out to answer the questions that kept showing up in my own life and in the lives of the people I served: Why do some people carry incredible vision but never finish what they start? Why does faith sometimes feel disconnected from everyday decisions? What does it really look like to build something that lasts?

Those questions became books.

Today, I'm an author, teacher, and organizational strategist who helps people connect faith with practical wisdom. My work explores leadership, identity, purpose, stewardship, and the often-overlooked systems that shape our lives. Whether I'm unpacking the life of Joseph, challenging readers to rethink what has stalled their progress, or helping leaders build healthier organizations, my goal is always the same: to leave people with more than inspiration. I want to leave them with understanding.

I believe faith should change the way we think, lead, build, and live.

When I'm not writing, I'm teaching, consulting with mission-driven organizations, and developing leaders through When Faith Meets Strategy®. My greatest hope is that every book helps someone see God more clearly, think more deeply, and walk away better equipped for the assignment they've been given.
