Devin D. Coleman

Devin D. Coleman is an author, public speaker, consultant, and advocate for single fathers. His work centers on transforming tragedy into triumph through advocacy, education, and storytelling.

With a deep appreciation for the power of narrative, Devin channels his passion into storytelling across audio, visual, and written mediums. He is actively involved in organizations dedicated to fatherhood and family well-being, serving on advisory panels such as the Nurse-Family Partnership Florida Expansion Advisory Committee, the Power of the Parents in Child Protection Advisory Panel, and the Florida Association of Healthy Start Coalitions. He also contributes to national initiatives, including the American Bar Association’s STOP National Advisory Board and the National Adoption Association. As a Family Leadership Coach with the Education Development Center, Devin empowers parents and professionals with the tools to strengthen families.

Certified by the National Fatherhood Initiative, Devin speaks and facilitates workshops nationwide, equipping fathers with the resources to unlock their full potential. His mission is to collaborate with organizations that support fathers, ensuring they have the guidance needed to succeed.

Devin lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with his daughter. He is an alumnus of Leadership Jacksonville’s Class of 2024 and the Parents Who Lead Cohort V.
