Michael W. Ham, a nascent author, shares his home with his spouse, Lia, and their globetrotting feline Molly, in the enchanting city of Lisbon, Portugal. Originating from Anchorage, Alaska, Michael braved the monumental earthquake of 1964.
He later graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor's degree in information systems management in 1987. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, he remained steadfast in the information technology sector. Despite a long-standing affiliation with Las Vegas, Nevada, where he resided for the majority of his life, Michael nurtured a persistent yearning to seek out lush landscapes beyond the desert's embrace.
Now reveling in his retirement, Michael's aspirations have been realized. Beyond his literary pursuits, he indulges in photography and motorcycling, serving as conduits for his adventurous spirit. A well-traveled individual, he has set foot in more than 27 countries, each journey fueling his insatiable curiosity for diverse cultures, architectural marvels, and historical narratives. These experiences enrich his understanding of the globe and contribute to his vibrant storytelling.
