Andrew T. McDonald

Andrew T. McDonald is an award-winning local journalist living in the Bluegrass region of Kentucky. A graduate of Seattle Pacific University and the University of Southern California, he was first introduced to the history of Paul Rusch and America's post-World War II occupation of Japan through the Kiyosato Educational Experiment Project (KEEP) in Hokuto, Japan.
