Hi everyone,

My name is Thomas Heald, I was born in a small mining village in Nottinghamshire, UK, where I still live today.

HUNTER GATHERER was my very first novel, accomplishing a lifelong desire to write a book and what an exciting time I've had.

My background has always been in senior sales and marketing management, travelling the world, and experiencing different cultures.

I always used to take a notebook with me, and if or when I came across an idea for a book, I used to write it down. The two main protagonists in HUNTER GATHERER are based on a couple of individuals that I worked with during my career, so it was quite easy to visualise what they would look like.
