Lena Evans

Lena Evans is a two-time World Series of Poker Circuit champion and speaker who presented the 2021 TEDx talk "A Sport for the Mind: Why Poker is Good for You and Your Brain," upon which this book is based.

She blazed a trail as one of the few female CEOs in the poker industry, founding Helix Poker, a gaming brand, and Poker League of Nations, the world's largest women's poker organization. Lena is CEO of Suited Poker Gear, a high-quality poker apparel and accessories company founded in 2011, along with the Suited Poker Gear Tour.

Outside of poker, Lena is acknowledged for her philanthropic work and has received national and international awards for her efforts in volunteerism.
